One (1) Whole Wagyu Steer, aproxamatly 610lbs. cut into individually wrapped steaks, roast & burger, vacuum packaged.

•  Each Wagyu Steer contains approximately 15 Ribeye Steaks, 15 Tenderloin Steaks, 17 Sirloin Steaks, 17 New York Strips, 30 Tenderized Round Steaks, 24 Roasts, 2 Tri Tips, 2 Briskets & 140 (2lbs.) Packages of Ground Beef.  Some custom cut options are available.
•  Natural Triple T Ranch Wagyu is hand selected straight from our ranch in Southern Alabama.
